A Gentle Reminder for Registered Guests to the 50s/60s/70s Oldies Bash Sock Hop 2012


To our Senior Teens, Friends and Classmates!
On behalf of our harworking, dedicated active core committee, we welcome you all as registered guest for our upcoming 6th Annual Nifty 50s/60s/70s Oldies Bash Sock Hop 2012 on October 19th! Based on First Come, First Served registration, you are one of our lucky attendees to register prior to our "completely" selling on July 10th, 2012, a FULL 3.5 months in advance of our event date! Please remember, we do NOT distribute or issue "tickets" to our event. We REGISTER our guest as every seat, every table IS reserved. When you arrive please checkin at our Reception Tables, your Names will be listed, so just checkin.
Thanks to earlier than usual paid registration, this years event broke all previous records for the earliest complete sellout and total attendance! Our Event has to follow all Fire Code Laws and the Safety and Comfort policies of the hotel. With this complete sellout hundreds of your fellow Senior Teens, Friends and Classmates will be joining you! Your early registration is appreciated, and its unfortunate that we have had to turn away several hundred late registrations which came in after we soldout. Waiting too long, procrastinating for this very popular event unfortunately leads to late registrations politely being turned away. We welcome those who could not register or attend this year, to please join us for our 7th Annual Event in 2013! Please mark your calendar's, as Nifty 50s/60s/70s Oldies Bash Sock Hop 2013 will be held on Friday Nite, October 18th! Please join us before the memories fade forever!
Here are important reminders whereby you will have a most memorable evening recreating authentic classic Golden Oldies, Rock 'n Roll, Crusin Classic memories from over 55 years ago! You will make new memories to last another lifetime, see old friends and make new ones!

1. When: October 19, 2012 ~
2. Where: Pacific Beach Hotel's Grand Ballroom - 7th Floor Parking Lot Elevator,
5th Floor via Main Hotel Elevator's ~
3. Time: 5:00PM till 12:00 Midnite - Many guest do arrive "early" ~
4. Parking: Parking is limited, First Come, First Served. If Hotel Parking is FULL, a
Hotel Attendant will be at street level to direct you to close by, alternative
parking at the Waikiki Banyan Hotel, 1 block Diamond Head of of Kuhio
Avenue. From Kuhio Ave. Turn LEFT thru Grassy Medial Strip to Waikiki
Banyan Hotel Parking Entrance. Bring your parking ticket with you for
Validation at our Event ~
5. What to Wear: 50s/60s/70s Costumes, Wigs, Shoes and Accessories! Dress and look as you did in High School! Shop at Party City, Honolulu or in Waikele
to find all your Costumes, Wigs, Shoes and Accessories ~
6. Benefit: Benefiting the Hawaii Food Bank. Please bring a non-perishable food
item, such as a canned good to donate. Easy Drop Off Bins will be positioned
at Reception ~
7. NO Substitute Guest: NO substitute guest will be accepted without prior notification to the committee prior to Sept. 1st. Thank you for your cooperation ~
8. Name Tags: Please wear your Name Tags VISIBLY at all times for the entire evening.
