Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to remind the people that are coming to our anniversary ball that it's this Friday, July 4. We can't believe that the ball is just a few days away. We are still getting ready for this big event. It's going to be an exciting and fun evening for everyone so be prepared to be entertained. You won't be disappointed. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes as there will be plenty of time to dance. The ball will look different this year but it's still going to look great as we've had to make some adjustments because of the Polynesian Show the hotel has at night. We plan to open the doors at 6pm and the last dance will be at 11:30pm. Come early so you can get some dancing in before we make the announcements and instructions which will be around 6:45pm. There will be dancing throughout dinner, during the short intermission, and lots of dancing after the program. The no-host bar will be available from 6:15pm and will end at 10:15pm so be sure to get your drinks in before the bar closes. For all you ladies, the Belle of the Ball contest will take place as soon as you enter the ballroom. We will have judges that will pick the winner of the Belle of the Ball. When the formal program begins around 8:15 pm, the winner will be announced. If you didn't sign up ahead of time, this is your chance to enter the contest. You don't need to tell anyone that you will be entering the contest as the judges will pick the one the winner. The cash prize is $50.00. Good Luck Ladies!!! See you Friday night, July 4, 2014.
