Hi,
All,
Registration for IBDI's 3rd
Term will start on Monday, May 18, from 6:30 pm in the Ewa ballroom.
For those
who were in the Beginning International Tango class and want to learn more
Tango, we are offering American Tango. Many of the patterns in American Tango
are different from International Tango but you can dance International and
American to the same music and you can interchange the patterns. We are also
offering Beginning International Foxtrot and East Coast Swing I. The Foxtrot is
more of a traveling and smoother dance than the waltz.. East Coast Swing is a
versatile dance many of us danced in high school, and is often played at social
events and reunions as well at the Palladium dances.

After registering for classes,
stay for free dancing in the Ewa ballroom, or attend the special workshop in the
Diamond Head ballroom.
The special workshop will take
place from 7:30 to 9 pm., conducted by Ellen Ostler of
Rythmic Dance Infusion Studio. Looking
good and feeling good about your dancing involves more than learning step
patterns. Proper movement, position, posture, isolations and styling can really
improve your dancing. Ellen's Workshop will focus on these other aspects of
dancing. Her Workshop is appropriate for all levels, and both men and women.
Please join us.
For those who want to plan your
social events for the remainder of the year, a poster with IBDI's scheduled
dances is also attached.
Keep
Dancing,
Ed
